Property firm in Belfast goes into administration with £50million debts

After Belfast property firm, Herd Estates, entered administration in December, the administrators have taken control of a 500 acre estate in Scotland as well as a collection of antique paintings in an attempt to make up a proportion of the £50million owed. The company primarily owned a large number of high street shop units in towns across the UK.
